In a closed chamber, there's a solenoid valve with holes in different spots. Each hole links to a separate oil pipe. Inside, there's a cavity in the piston. On each side of the piston, there are two solenoids. When one side of the magnet coil is powered, the valve body moves towards that side.
By controlling the valve body, different drain holes open or close while the inlet holes stay open. Hydraulic oil flows into the drains, pushing the cylinder's piston through oil pressure. The piston then drives the piston rod, which in turn moves a mechanical device.
By managing the electromagnet's current flow, you can control the mechanical motion effectively.
Precision Design: Engineered for optimal performance in applications involving hot oil, water, and steam.
Efficient Operation: Powered by solenoids for smooth and reliable control.
High-Temperature Handling: Suitable for use in environments with elevated temperatures.
Secure Sealing: NBR and EPDM materials provide leak-proof performance.
Pressure Range: Effectively operates within a range of 0.05 to 1.6 MPa.
Versatile Power Options: Available in DC 12/24V, AC 110/220V, 50/60Hz configurations.
