The working principle of a self-operated control valve is as follows: as the fluid medium flows through the valve core and seat for throttling, it transforms into back pressure behind the valve. Subsequently, this pressure acts on the top tray in the upper chamber through the pipeline, balancing the force generated with the spring's reactive force. This equilibrium determines the relative position of the valve core and seat, thereby controlling the back pressure of the valve. When the back pressure increases, the force acting on the top tray also increases, causing the valve core to move closer to the valve seat. This reduces the gap between the valve core and seat, increasing flow resistance and lowering the back pressure. This process continues until the force on the top tray balances with the spring's reactive force, reducing the back pressure to the preset value. Conversely, when the back pressure decreases, the process reverses.
