Fluid Flow and Throttling: The fluid medium flows through the valve core and seat for throttling, creating back pressure behind the valve.
Back Pressure Transmission: The back pressure generated acts on the top tray in the upper chamber through the pipeline.
Force Balance: The back pressure balances the force generated with the spring's reactive force, determining the relative position of the valve core and seat.
Control Mechanism: The equilibrium established controls the back pressure of the valve.
Back Pressure Increase: When the back pressure increases, the force on the top tray also increases, causing the valve core to move closer to the valve seat.
Flow Resistance and Back Pressure Reduction: As the valve core moves closer, the gap between the valve core and seat reduces, increasing flow resistance and lowering the back pressure.
Equilibrium Restoration: The process continues until the force on the top tray balances with the spring's reactive force, reducing the back pressure to the desired preset value.
Back Pressure Decrease: Conversely, when the back pressure decreases, the valve core moves away from the valve seat, allowing more flow and increasing back pressure until a new equilibrium is reached.
