Product Description

Pneumatic butterfly valve is a kind of valve device which adopts round butterfly plate as the opening and closing parts, and controls the flow of fluid medium in pipeline through the rotation of butterfly plate. Its main power source is pneumatic actuator, the use of compressed air to generate energy, push the valve stem so that the butterfly plate in 0 - 90 degrees within the rotation, so as to realize the opening, closing or regulating the flow of the function.

• The pneumatic actuator can be switched on and off quickly when it rotates 90 degrees, easy to operate.
• The seat has no back-to-back design, lighter torque, and is convenient for users to replace the seat by themselves.
• This butterfly valves are smaller, lighter and larger caliber, more economical than other valves.
• Spherical frictional surface design is adopted at the middle and lower holes of the valve plate. The torque is smaller and the sealing performance is better.
• Water line design of sealing seat and plane design of sealing surface of valve plate completely avoid clamping phenomenon of pneumatic valve caused by long time opening.
